Replicant2 from Rdestiny is a dvd copying software that copies DVDs to regular CDs in VCD or SVCD format that you can watch on your regular home DVD player.

Ease of use:

Replicant2 software is one of the easier step by step software that we have used walking you through the dvd copying process with simple step by step instructions and easy to understand onscreen visuals. The are quite a few steps involved, but is wasn't too hard to understand.

Quality:

Replicant 2 provides good quality copies, not as good as DVD, but better than a VHS tape.

Overview:

Replicant2 offers nice features allowing you to customize your DVD. Features such as widescreen or fullscreen, subtitles, deleted scenes, and choose to include or exclude subtitles. However, Replicant2 does not include a dvd decrypter and therefore does not allow you to copy css encrypted or copyright DVDs. It does come with some nice free software that may be of interest to some.
