created by DVDxSoftware, is the new updated version of the old
award winning DVD X Copy Xpress from 321studios. This new updated
version is very fast, will copy both single and dual layered DVDs,
and will copy
any DVD movie onto just one disc with a single click of the
mouse
with the highest possible video and audio
quality available. There are no hard to understand instructions
with DVDXpress.
Ease of use:
Anyone can use this software! DVDXpress software is as
easy to use as it gets - you simply insert your DVD movie, click
“START” and burn your high quality backup - DVD Xpress
takes care of all the rest. It really is that simple.
DVDXpress does give you the option to copy everything on the original
disc - the previews, menus, and all, or you can choose to copy
only the movie without
all of the extras - and DVDXpress will copy it all on one DVD
everytime.
Quality:
DVD Xpress
produces excellent quality DVD copies. Very close to the original
if not perfect.
Upgrades and Updates:
DVDXpress claims to offer free lifetime upgrades and updates,
but in truth DVDXpress has not been updated
in over a year, so the possibilities don't look so good,
especially when compared to
1Click DVD Copy
which updates their software very often to accommodate for new encryption technologies
allowing you to copy even the latest dvd movie releases.
Support:
Support offered by DVDxSoftware, the makers of DVDXpress is not very good... their
support is provided by email in which they are very slow to
respond.

Overall:
DVDXpress is a very nice
software. The quality of the copied DVDs are great, its very easy
to use, and the support offered is excellent. DVD XPress also copies episodic DVD Movies like
"The Simpsons" and "The Sopranos", and it now
also
supports Single & Dual Layered DVD Burning.
But I don't see much future for the software since is has not been updated
in over a year, so it doesn't look very good for the future of
the software. That's why I like
1Click DVD Copy
so much. They update their software very often (sometimes
weekly) to accommodate for new encryption technologies
allowing you to copy even the latest dvd movie releases... and
their support is unbeatable.
In order to copy css encrypted and copyright DVDs with
DVDxPress, you will need to download a dvd
ripper. However, it is free and only takes a couple of
minutes, and once the dvd ripper is downloaded it becomes part of
the DVD Xpress program itself enabling it to copy any DVD. Once
you do the 1 time download you never have to do it again.
