DVD Cloner 6

DVD Cloner is a very easy to use, 1 click and copy software which produces very nice copies of any DVD. The main problem that I have with them is their lack of support which is something I consider highly when ranking software. Their support is and has always been very slow and not very helpful which can be very frustrating if you are having problems.

Ease of use:

Aside from the negative reason listed above, DVDCloner is one of the easiest to use DVD copying software available. Being a one click and copy software, you simply insert your DVD movie, click "Copy", and that's it. Very Simple!

Quality:

The quality provided by DVD Cloner is excellent, a perfect copy. With DVD Cloner you can choose to copy all of the bonus footage and menus or just the movie itself. Another plus is that DVD Cloner contains its own decrypter enabling you to copy css encrypted and copyright DVDs.

Support:

DVD Cloner is a decent product, but their support is terrible.  If their customer support answers you at all, it's often in broken English and with one sentence answers, like "check our FAQs" or "try another movie". I like knowing that if I have a problem I can get help quickly so I can continue to use my product.

Overview:

DVD Cloner really is a very good DVD Copying / Cloning Software. It is a very easy to use one click software and one of the only that contains its on dvd decrypter allowing it to copy css encrypted and copyright DVDs without the need to have to download a ripper separately. Also, the quality is excellent and it supports Dual Layered DVD Burning and fast Burning Speeds.

However, like I stated above, their support is terrible. From what we have experienced, DVD Cloner support is always very slow to respond which can be very frustrating and aggravating if you're having some sort of problems.
