123 Copy DVD does not provide the best support available and no step-by-step instructions in case you need a little advise. The support is not awful like some of the others that we have reviewed, but it is far from the best. Support is provided through forums or email of which if you write them an email you can expect a day wait before hearing something. Then is that doesn't do it you write again with another day wait.
